    1963 LAND-ROVER SAFARI 3-DOOR

This machine is a strong vehicle, formerly from Colorado, so from the standpoint of rust it is very good. There is no evidence of penetrating rust. The chassis/frame shows no evidence of having been repaired and the same holds true for the cross members, outriggers and the firewall. Here are the particulars:

1.Four-cylinder petrol engine in good running condition

    2. Stock transmission & transfer case

    3. FAIREY overdrive

    4.Tropical Safari Station Wagon roof

5.Auxiliary block heater for warm winter startups

    6. DUALMATIC Freewheeling hubs

    7. ROCHESTER performance carbureted

    8.Four-into-one CLIFFORD tubular exhaust header

    9. Custom exhaust system for header is in good condition

    10. DUALMATIC freewheel hubs

    11. Personnel cabin cooling fan

    12. Altimeter & cabin temperature gauge

    13. Deluxe seating in front cabin

    14. Deluxe Bonnet with spare tire mount

    15. Factory Spare tire carrier in rear body

16.Internal cabin divider for winter warmth

    17. Off-road tires

    18. Rear end door wiper motor

    19. Brush bar with dual winch anchor points

20.WARN 8274 8,000# drum & cable winch with remote control, excellent cable and rain cover

21.Heavy duty tow hitch with 50mm ball & dual heavy duty chain anchor points

    22. New rear shocks & axle check straps

    23. Factory locking fuel cap with padlock

    24. Headlamp stone guards

    25. Factory radiator overflow bottle

    26. Heavy duty RANCHO steering stabilizer kit

    27. Heavy duty tropical radiator is in excellent condition

    28. Operational factory locks on all doors

    29. Deluxe factory bonnet

    30. Later-type two-speed factory wipers added for increased safety

    31. Windscreen fresh-air diverter as fitted to later Rovers clears fogged screen faster

32 Insulated roof top reduces condensation

33.There is rust on the parcel shelf segments of the dash but none that appears to be penetrating. The new owner will probably want to address this on taking delivery of the Rover.
