Selling our beloved 1969 Series IIa 4 2.5l cylinder diesel, restored in 2008 and kelly green with white top, black seats. One of the best 4x4´s ever built and all Aluminum body. In great shape but does have few normal scratches as we have been using it. Most everything is original and runs good. New glow plug switch was added and has new drive shaft. We are in Eastern Maryland and it has current historic tags. Asking $10,500 OBO. Serious buyers email timmobrien@gmail.com to inquire. Can send more pics and other specifics. 1969 Rover for sale, more pictures
Still for sale $10,500. Just adding more pics and info. Motor is original and has not been rebuilt just well maintained. Standard 4x4 with no overdrive. Motor number 25332207K, chassis number 31902072. 4 cylinder Diesel 2200 cm3. Chassis solid and no rust. One of the last ones to be built in early 69 with head lights still on radiator before were moved to fenders. New breaks in 2009. Rims original and also spare on original rim. Comes with land rover series iia repair manual. Odometer stopped few years ago at 127k and trying to fix but has not been driven much since then. Was our car and brought from Costa Rica where it lived for many years in mountains on coffee farm not near any beach. Has no heat or AC.
