Petrol filler extension and bonnnet spare tire clamps

Does anyone have bonnet spare tire clamps and a petrol filler neck neck extension with screen for sale?

For what year truck? I have one. But there is a difference on how it goes in. Outside diameter of the one I have is 2 1/2 inches and 7 5/8 long.its brand new. It wouldn't work on my 1961 109.
