Rear tyre mounting point? Where the swinging tyre mount hooks in a the bottom. The "handle" is a bumperette, that much I do know
That's a crack in your drive. Every village has to have one.
I am thinking some sort of antenna mounting point.

I guess I'll have to get a high lift and try it out.
It doesn't have any threads or anything like that, just those two studs sticking up. It seems pretty heavy duty so I thought about the swing out tire holder but there are no indications of any other brackets being installed anywhere else.

Whats the part with the red cap at the bottom LH corner?

that is the bumper posts for the tail gate, I had two little reflectors that I stuck on there, no rhyme or reason. Honestly I'm surprised they are still there.
