      Axle

Bill at TNTLR had one that he had imported from Dunsfold,UK some time back. He also had the new axles that went with it. Good price and Bill is a great guy to work with.

OR disco diffs which are like a dime a dozen.

You should be able to get good used 24 spline diffs for $50 or so, I bought complete 24 spline disco axles disc to disc for $100 ea.

Swap your 4.7 diffs over with a spacer.

OR buy a 24 spline ARB, Truetrac etc.

It can be a pretty inexpensive swap.

here maybe these are of help. Actually I'll throw in the 109 v8& 1 ton ones I have too just for kicks.

Big Sandy on landrovernet.com posted them to your thread there but someone here might find them useful too.

That is one tough looking truck! Very nice workmanship. I think you have created a Land Rover that many of us would like to own.

What color of green did you go with? It is hard to tell from the pictures. It looks better than the typical Bronze Green.

Thx for the feedback....for the paint I went with Land Rover Pastel Green....I forgot where I found the paint codes on the web, but I took the paint info to NAPA and they mixed up the paint according to the Dupont formulation and presto!
I then found a company that for around $150 will mix up a case of 12- 12oz spray cans of your paint...I use it for small parts and touch up.

Thx Matt...Sandy from LR Forums - UK was very helpful and I have what I need. The photo below is what I have on the way (plus both complete half-shafts ).
I did see in another forum that the front tie rod (connecting both arms on the swivel balls) appears to have a slight factory bend in it to clear the front of the larger Salisbury differential cover when the tires are in full turn mode!

Yeah I didn't realize I was talking to the same person on both forums- I guess I should actually pay attention to people's screen names!
