nice...I have a 109 SW that everyone seems to prefer...I'd much prefer the 2 door version.

        Funny, I'd rather have a SW than a 109.

got one of those two...and hopefully in a few weeks the bulkhead will be all done and I can start reassembling the body.

I haven't posted my rover since I got it back a few weeks ago from Overland with some fresh paint on the breakfast, bonnet and door tops. I've already got it in parts again...but here are some shots prior.

Here's a few pics of the project. Sooooo close to having it on the road. Next year I'll finish some details and, well truth is I'll probably never be done. But at least I'll be driving it next year.

Quite a transition, looks great. I think those tires on the John Deere should be on the rover!

I keep telling my 17 yo these are babe magnets. Why is it no one believes me (except you, oh great one!)

Can anyone post some pics of your trucks that have 235/75/15 tires on stock suspension. Looking at possible tire options without modification. Thanks for the help.

Are those 235/75/15s?? What are peoples thoughts on tire sizes and what looks good on stock suspension. I know the tires I have on right now are too small. Can't remember the size but I do have a picture.

Well this is my new project, after being stupid (I sold my beloved 1975 SWB Series III 2,25 petrol). I have bought another 1975 SWB Series III 2,25 Diesel. It does need alot of attention, plenty of rot in the chassis and bulkhead, and in need of another Diesel engine, as this one is shot, but I think it will be finished before Christmas. And it should look like the one I sold in July, except for the stationwagon side-windows and the expedition roof rack.

And below The one I sold, stupid man. The new leafer will be the same colour, Deep Bronze Green, my favorite Land Rover colour.
