transfer case front output shaft bushing

Rebuilding transfer case, I foolishly cut out old bushing in the end of the transfer case front output shaft and installed the new bushing without checking for proper fit on the main gear shaft. Unfortunately, the new bushing, which incidentaly is the same part number as the flywheel bush (rnc714) is too narrow diameter to accomodate the transfer case main shaft. I'm stumped - has this happened to anyone else and how did you solve it?
    Thanks! C. B.

The bushing needs to be reamed to obtain the required fit. I can't remember the dimension but its in the green bible. Any machine shop should be able to do it.

Thank you sir! Page 52-C of the Green book does indeed say to ream the bush in place to .8755, +- .0005.
