Your bulkhead windscreen mounts look more S2 than they look S3, also.

    Look up CALVIN - http://www.clifton.nl/index.html?calvin.html

That frame.... aw, its not that bad. Don't you have any duct tape laying around?

Based on the grille I'd assume Ser.IIA maybe 71?

    What shape is everything in?

I was told it was a 73 series III but the owner couldn't produce much along the way of paper work. The frame is toast! But the rest of the truck is pretty much intact. I'll need to do some bulkhead work etc but the doors are really nice as is a lot of other parts, did I mention the frame was toast.

The body is not perfect ,but decent . The frame is toast , the bulkhead is repairable.I put a battery in it and it turned over.
I don't know what a SIII tranny looks like is it possiable that this late SII has a III tranny in it .The shifter is a little different (straighter) and the bell housing is "finned".

The SIII has the clutch slave on the drivers side. If it is a SII chassis with a SIII gearbox there will be some modification to the frame in order for it to clear.

Jury is still out on painting it, but I do have some surface rust to take care of with rustoleum.
Just the same, even with the cleaning you had to do before bringing it home, you wont find many nice barn finds like that up North here in Massachusetts. Keep us posted on your progress as you restore it.
