    Coolant Flush

Ok, I've read a lot about coolant flush's but I'm still a little unclear as to what the best way of doing this. Should I use a hose? or just a flush product? If I should use the hose method, how do I really do it? Also, what's the best coolant to use once it's been flushed? FYI - first land rover and first car I've even tried to work!

There is a drain cock on the side of the block behind your alternator. Open it. Start the truck. Take the radiator cap off and flush with a hose until the water coming out of the side of the block is clear. Shut off the truck and refill with antifreeze in the right proportion.
