" beware cheap ones.".... At 500 , 30 to send to rds , even with 300 in new fitted parts and 30 to ship back , a total of 860 and 2-3 weeks gets you a nice overdrive...new is STILL 1500.....

i bought mine for 600
had to put 250 into
still totaly worth it.
glad i took a chance
saves my ass for going on 6 hour trips like winter romp.
8 hours without overdrive.
if nothing else youl have something to work with.
i hear the roverdrives are great but 1500 dollars is alot to swallow.

If the splines are iffy, it's generally advisable to change the clutch and mainshaft together, which will run the north side of $500.
I've just gone through one, replaced all shims to bring the endfloat under .005", replaced the mainshaft and new clutch, yours for $800. I'll even loan you the special socket to get the 'castle sorta nut' off.Comment
