You know your driving a series rover when.....your spare tire on your hood isn't just a hood ornament, but a safety feature to prevent the hood from opening when your driving on the highway.

You don't have to worry about someone stealing your truck, one look inside at all the levers & switches, knob's,red, black & whatever else you may have in the cabin.........they will leave you alone as most folk's have no idea what they are looking at

          - The smell of gasoline that has run down your arm after dealing with yet another fuel issue on your way into the office.
          - carrying a spare set of axle shafts around in the back (although not anymore as the old goat has 24splines and a Detroit in her)

            had one a few days ago;
when you glad you left your dash panel hanging on wires so you could see the arching behind the panel to help determine the source of your shorting out ignition circuit.

Yikes fix that wiring or you will have a fire! A friend had experienced a bad fire from frayed wiring, (concerned).
You know you are driving a series truck, when every car in town passes you with or without the trailer of brush behind me.

You know your driving a rover when your speedo reaches 65 and you expect to hear a sonic boom...

When the guy flipping the "slow/stop" sign in a construction zone walks over and gives you his best impression of the queen.

That's too funny, I would have jumped out of my car and joined him if he broke into "We are the Champions". That would be a great flash mob song.
That video is awesome, makes me want to watch The Last Waltz.

                            - you can rebuild half the brake system for the same amount of money as a new starter.

                              1) A pretty good looking girl (c cup) at your high school asks 'what are all those knobs?'
                              2) Your friends nickname it as the 'safari.'
                              3) You are blasting 'eye of the tiger' on repeat while painting your steel wheels.
                              4) A very old man at the Coscto gas line rolls backwards and puts faint scratches into your pristine galvanized front bumper....
                              5) You are gifted a 'free' part
                              6) You buy a Defender brush guard from an owner switching to ARB for $50

                              Thanks for the memories SIIA....

You actually survived going 70 Mph down hill with a tail wind and the entire time you kept thinking...please hold together while looking over your shoulder at the logging truck.
