        Pulling over a tree

I was digging thru the picture folder trying to free up some room on the HD and found this pic of Ronnie. Used Ronnie to pull over the tree to make room for a shed in the backyard. It went well. I had cut all the roots around the base of the tree and pulled the tree right over but there was still one root left that I had to cut through once the tree was down before I could fully remove the stump.

Here's my 1964 IIa. Note-the G4 and CT110 in the background are not mine-they belong to the guy I bought her from.

1967 Series IIa NADA #33 Barn Find

Here are some pics: Towing it to it's new home, after having sat for 23 years in a garage. The NADA 6 cyl engine...and No, that is not a muffler sitting on top of the carb And a close up of the Land Rover Overseas Owner's Club badge in the breakfast.

That was to hold the drivers door open while I was working on something, the door closed on my ankle a couple of times and so I tied a rope to the bumper and the door to hold it open. I left it there for a while, its gone now. My boyfriends Mom thought it was to hold the bumper up

Thats not a bad idea, something is rattling up there & its making me crazy. I'm in need of window seals on the front window , maybe after I get that other hub seal done. It is suposed to be nice this weekend.

                              1967 NADA #33 Barnfind

Actually, it was in a "parking garage find"...here are some more pics...still haven't had much time to delve into the mechanical issues, have been sorting spare parts and cleaning things up. The first two pics were taken the day I towed it home, the last pic is at it's new home.

                                1967 NADA #33 Barnfind

Here are a few pics after going over the body with One Grand Paint Restorer...seeing the original Marine Blue paint after removing the oxidation has really motivated me!!

Lot's of misc dents, bent up front bumper, grease/oil residue everywhere, most rubber parts totally dried out, but luckily the past owners never cut or drilled any holes and most importantly relatively rust free
