      Nice plaque!

A friend made a bunch for me where everything is the same except for the 'D'

      It says Lane-Rover

These proto's are made at a precision machine shop primarily used for semi-conductor equipment, so unless I get a large lot made, pretty pricey unfortunate. I wasn't thinking of volume, but might get a quote, and dependent on interest I could go that route...

There are specialty foundries that specialize in plaques. Any good Aluminum foundry could do these considerably less than machining them. If you do go quantity, they would go with lost foam, and you would think they were machined.

Yes if your volume is large enough to justify covering NRE set up costs for mold etc - not needed for small vol machining of course. The results are noce, - but nothing really beats a solid machined part, powder coated to liking !

Yeah, you gotta lose the cup holder to keep the OD lever unless you fab one with a wacky double dogleg... Bummer. I have the same Tuffy. Good news is your cup will nest just fine between the seat bottom and the Tuffy.

Agreed, I had to lose the cup holder on both my trucks with the same Tuffy, and once you remove the cup holder, it will nestle up against the transmission tunnel with velcro nicely by itself btw...

Huh. I was able to rotate the OD lever so it just fits in there with the cupholder on. Guess it depends on how/where you mount the tuffy but since I only use the OD in 4th It was simple to find the correct rotation. Besides my usual co-pilot can barely tie her shoes let alone hold a cup of coffee without spilling it everywhere.

you could probably also fab up a custom lever that would jog over and allow for clearance. I think the OD lever in my 109 still clears the cup holder. But since I have never truly driven the thing I cannot be sure

I actually like this solution from the RN catalog. Don't know who the truck belongs to. (Assuming it isn't too awkward to shift).

Today i put the engine and trans in. I looked at old pictures and it has been almost one year to the day that i took it out. Happy rover day today! Now i just need to figure out how to torque the pinion nuts with without the axels spinning.

I installed 2 bolts with nuts through the pinion flange & tightened them down - this basically created 2 pins sticking out from the flange. I then used a bar between the bolts to keep it from turning.
