Here's mine. # 517. VIN is 34300517A, so I think that means it's number 517. Currently it's in Colorado. In it's previous life it was owned by Ron Pederson, the owner of an Alpha/Rover shop in Nederland, CO, and this land rover was named Grokolina, and has "reunite gondwanaland" stickers on it. Currently no engine -- previous owner had taken out the worn out 6 cylinder in prep for doing a V8 swap (and cut out the front crossmember too, not sure why). He never did the swap. I currently have an OM617/SM465/Dana18 setup to put in it, but also haven't gotten that done yet. Ended up moving to WA to help the folks out on the farm as they age, and haven't gotten the land rover transported up here yet. Being a Colorado truck, it has no rust. And no, the wings and grille aren't busted up, just they were all removed for the engine work, and they're only held on by like one or two bolts in that picture.

If this registry is to keep track of all NADA models for 67’ I can say that truck #615 is probably scrapped somewhere. I have the engine from this vehicle and was told the Rover was wrecked years ago and engine was saved by a Rover enthusiast. I do not see any info on the chassis here.

I am new to the forum and would like to add my 1967 NADA 109 station wagon #289. It still wears its original light green paint with great patina, and good running 2.6L 6-Cyl engine. Very solid and straight Rover. Spent much of its life in California from what I know. Currently located in Northern California just south of Sacramento area.

I have approximately 100 photo's of the complete restoration of "Clarence", 717 which I purchased new in March 1968. The Restoration took 10 years due to the difficulties surrounding the accqusation of the unique Bulkhead. I am 87 and not involved in Social Media. Being almost Deaf I do little phone communication. I have in the past sent a series of Photo's, attached to emails, showing "Clarence" from "Parked under a tree" to this proud owner standing next to the restored Clarence. If anyone wants this series I'll be glad to resurrect those Photo'sClarence Sign.pdfJim Chandler redbrush2@yahoo.com

Steve here from The Underpowered Hour and The Beres Collection, we've got a special Summer Breakdown episode of the podcast coming out tomorrow where we talk all about how we acquired and rebuilt NADA 34300339A and then took it on a 1000 mile trip to it's new home here in Valencia CA where it lives with the rest of The Beres Collection. If you're at all interested head on over to the show page and give it a listen! And let me know what I need to do to get one of those cool NADA registry icons done up for 339!

    Hi all,
Does anyone have a spare NADA clutch slave cylinder bracket? We have a truck that was I’m processing of an engine conversion and they modified the original. It could perhaps be repaired but I hope someone here might have one. Thanks

#272 that used to be owned by Jim Thompson is now mine. It was stored for 30 years at some point and then driven very little in Jim’s time with the vehicle. I have it running now but it is blowing a bunch of oil out the tailpipe after warming up slightly. Did a cold engine compression test and came up with 159,150,135,140,135,150

Next is to do a cold test, warm test and then with oil in the spark plug hole.

This truck is a 5 door station wagon and very original. Hoping to get it running and drive it the way it is for now. Love the info here.

    Thanks
    Craig

I have a thread going on guns and rovers about this but figured maybe there would be some input here. I want to replace the exhaust in my nada and started to do some research about the pipes. What I noticed was the part numbers for the pipes for the Nada do not come up anywhere. Even the pipes RN sells are for the euro trucks. I don't see much of a difference but I did notice the NADA front pipe is shorter than the Euro one. The bends are in the same place but the joint for the euro one is actually right under the hanger for the NADA trucks. Has anyone installed a euro exhaust on a nada using the stock hangers?

Just curious to feedback on fit.

    thanks

I've attached a few pics showing a euro exhaust and a nada one.
