Next time I have a group going out in CT I'll drop you a pm, I always have extra seats, or an extra truck you can borrow.

          Tree pick up

Swapped out the front drive shaft and fixed the leak in my front diff. Then I did the same as NC_Mule, snagged a few christmas trees for the house! Sorry for the dark pictures.

Thanks for the offer. I'm working on trying to find a vehicle that I will actually use, so I can really participate. At least that's my plan. I think I'm going coil-sprung this time around.

Since the clutch hydraulics were back in, I put the exhaust all back together yesterday so now I can move the Rover without holding my head out the window to breathe. Time to patch those footwells.

Installed the 2nd generation RMP Oil filter adapter on my '82 109. Sweet little bit of CNC. Spins right on to the filter housing thread that the center bolt attaches to. As an aside, the old filter housing, with through-bolt and spring attached makes a very nice bell tone when struck.

Ah man, I would have liked to have seen the new adapter before you installed it.

It is a nice mod and makes an oil change much easier and cleaner, also drags the Landrover into the 20th century, lol, I use the Amsoil extended interval one along with their synthetic oil and change once a year whether it needs it or not.

What is the part number for the Amsoil Filter? I would like to add it to my list.

I took the series 1 for a little drive around some back roads Saturday (not registered yet) It was about 10 degrees out, no heater hooked up, door tops off and no gloves which shortened the trip ha ha.
