I thought it might be. Terrific. Next time I'm in CA I might make it a point to look you up. -

Just finished replacing the steering relay and all rod ends. In the process of taking off the breakfast and wings I found a terrible mismatch of crap hardware (which drives me nuts) so I replacing everything with new stainless hardware, extruded U-nuts and whatever else is right. As I go through this vehicle I will continue to upgrade all the body and mounting hardware. I did find that someone had welded the wing to the sill (rather than replace the sill with a bad corners, so I'm getting a new one of those too. All in all there not too much wrong with this truck but still going to keep upgrading and do now paint.Leave a comment:

Nice looking. How stock are you going to keep it. You still the the brake servo. You need to bleed it last, after bleeding the brakes. Air silencer part number is RTC4683. Would like to see the dash pictures to when you have time
thanks

I am the (new) 7th owner of #768. It was purchased from a gentleman in Georgia (who bought it from member Giorgio, see post #37). It now resides in the Tampa Bay area. #768 is a Carawagon "Continental" conversion, with most of the Carawagon stuff having been removed. It has had a Roverdrive added but otherwise appears mostly stock. Its in good running condition and rust free but it needs some TLC and will be getting upgrades.Leave a comment:

Hello all,
Would like to add my 67 nada truck to the registry. Number 55. Poppy red sold in New York originally. Have been welding the original frame where it had collapsed from quite a bit of rust but finally looking solid after many hours. Have renewed clutch and brake hydraulics, and lines and preparing to do footwells next while wings are off. Anyone have any history on this truck? Saw it referenced on this thread back in 09 being on eBay at the time. Would like to get one of these cool coffee mugs or two as well, where do I order? Thanks will post some photos once it's back together and driving!Leave a comment:
