        Not today, but last weekend.

        Worked on finishing the bulkhead:

After putting the cool-it sound deadener on I could tell a big difference in the reduction of the steel "drumming". Should do a good job of keeping heat out of the cab too.

heat out of the cab! You'll have to take that off seasonally as heat out of the cab is not a problem this time of year, ha ha

Isn't that the function of the heater?

Today I used bailing wire to secure my bonnet after the bonnet latch broke.

I tried to stop as many air leaks in the Ambulance front cab as possible. $30 worth of towels and duct tape later job done. Now maybe my heater will keep up when the Rover is moving.

My heater works great if im not moving. The second I get above 20mph the air leaking in just kills it. Now I just need to figure out how the rear heater works. I don't know if thats ram air driven or what. The rear heater matrix does not have a fan or anything to move the air.

Maybe it's relying on the air leaking in to distribute the warmth.

This is a serious suggestion: buy a heated jacket. You can get one for about $100 to $150 and you can get an adjustable thermostat. get in truck, plug in jacket, wait 10 seconds, enjoy warmth.

It warm enough to be fine with a normal jacket. I just want to see of I can get it as warm as my old 109.

I think there is a problem if your rag top 109 was warmer than your ambulance

The rag top had an amazing heater the blew a lot of air and also had new door seals. The ambulance air is very warm not much air and a lot of air leaks.

I need to go buy new tires or get chains. the rover slid off of the drive into a log house I am building. Both Rover and house are ok only thing bruised is my ego. Had to chain the back of the rover to a truck and winch the front off of the house so I wouldn't wreck anything. Mud tires are not very good on glare ice.
